Sumptuous Bites
Indulge in a shared charcuterie experience with treats prepared by the kitchen at Biera. Throughout the night, you and your date will partake in a succession of small plates prepared by Chef David.

Exquisite Bottles
On arrival we'll welcome you with a 100ml beer. Pair a 750ml bottle of barrel-fermented beer from The Monolith with your meal, and finish with a 100ml pour of Sparkling Cherry Wine with dessert. Additional bottles of beer will be available at a 14% discount.

Ivonna Fox 
This sweet and a little sassy lady has performed on stages across Edmonton for two years. She lives for bringing burlesque to unusual places. She’s a powerhouse producer that puts together house shows, Bowlesque, Edmonton’s only bowling and burlesque show, and now here at The Monolith.

Starling Love 
Edmonton/Treaty 6 based performance artist and costume designer, Starling Love, is returning to the true art of magic with boundless self-expression. Straddle the line between awake and dreams, and follow her down a path of invincibility where anything is possible. Punch drunk on moonbeans, this dazzling charmer will open your mind and dissolve reality with her sizzling touch. A lot of sparkle, a touch of glamour, and just a pinch of charisma and smut. She’s the debonair darling, Starling Love.
